Today
I wake up in despair
as seems the world gone unfair
Today
I wake up without a sight
as if my eyes gone blind
and I gave up without a fight
nor the will to survive
then come the light
help me gain my pride
tell me that I might
have a chance to fight
the light
I wont let it out of my sight
I will place it right by my side
even I know I don’t have the right
the light
i’d like to own if I might
for tonight
I’d stayed out the light
waiting for the chance
of claiming my right
